A 5 minute conversation with John regarding the symptoms and he instantly knew what was wrong.
Service was efficient, I was updated along the way with pictures and plenty of details about the issue and how he would fix it and before any work was carried out would always provide a price and the go ahead before completing.

And coming from the trade for the last 15+ years I have got to give credit where it is due! Workshop was spotless. Customer service impeccable. Genuine parts used , helpfull and knowledgeable technicians and had the car complete within the time frame quoted -which in the automotive trade can be incredibly difficult to achieve. Honestly dealing with these guys has been a breeze . And a pug wet belt in and out within an day off calling mega impressed. Kept in the loop threw out the day with videos and pictures seat and floor covers used and was almost half the price quoted elsewear . Will definitely be back !
